Starting at a 99 dollar bargain for the plans, the house is perfect for basically anything you'd want to use it for. In most states in the USA a planning permission isn't required if the building is less than 120 square feet.

The houses are built with plumbing to be connected to public sewer and water and are wired for electricity, but the owner is responsible to decide what source of electricity they would like to use.
Some may argue that there are issues with living and buying a house that small, but Jay Schaffer believes it's a good idea for someone looking to save money and time.
